Well im not really a massage person but I took my sister out to get a massage for her birthday. A few things in case u dont know because I didnt know. If ur on time u are late. Allow yourself time to change, I would say be early. Your time starts at the time you scheduled. Once u walk in ur greated and checked in. There is a form to sign. Then u are given a tour and a locker. You are also given your ribe and slippers to change into. You will then go to a tranquility room to start your relaxation journey. In this room you can sip on tea or water and this is where you will meet your massage therapist. From there it is total relaxation. I throughly enjoyed myself. I might now be a massage person hahaha. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. I highly recommend. Last the entrance is pool side not exhibit c side. 😉

I had such a wonderful experience at The Spa at Okana that I ended up coming back two days in a row. I booked two different massages with two different therapists, and both experiences were absolutely amazing. Each therapist was incredibly professional, attentive, and clearly skilled at what they do. They took the time to make sure I was comfortable and really focused on the areas that needed the most attention. The spa itself is beautiful, relaxing, and very well maintained, which made the whole experience even better. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere felt calm and welcoming. After both visits, I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and genuinely impressed with the level of care and service. I would highly recommend The Spa at Okana to anyone looking for a high-quality massage or a relaxing spa experience. I will definitely be back! Thank you Alicia and Charlene for a wonderful experience.

I highly recommend The Spa at OKANA! The facility is absolutely beautiful—immaculately clean, serene, and thoughtfully designed to create a truly relaxing atmosphere. From the moment you arrive, the staff is warm, friendly, and welcoming. One of my favorite features is the Tranquility Room, which is the perfect place to unwind before your service. I’m currently eight months pregnant and have enjoyed the prenatal massage here several times. They use a specialized pregnancy massage cushion that allows you to comfortably lie on your stomach without any pressure on your baby bump, which is such a game changer and incredibly relaxing. I’ve also recently had a facial, and it was wonderful. The products were deeply hydrating, and the therapist did an amazing job. I’m already looking forward to booking a pedicure next, or even a full day at the spa with all three services. I recommend arriving at least 45 minutes early for your appointment. The spa can be a bit tricky to find on your first visit. It’s located outside the hotel near the pool area, along the row of restaurants. Once you arrive, the front desk provides a tour and gives you plenty of time to change and relax in the Tranquility Room before your service. The locker rooms also feature saunas and showers, which is a nice added bonus to the overall experience.

Let’s start with the good: Massage was great. Highly recommend the sampler. The locker room was very clean, quiet, and had plenty of amenities including a very high-tech sauna (which my massage therapist helpfully recommended a couple preset settings. Fellow guests: You can get free parking at the surface lot to the left of the hotel entrance. The entrance to the spa faces the Okana beach so give yourself a few minutes to walk there after parking. Now here’s some room for improvement for management: I arrived at the Tranquility room around 9:52 and did not get to my massage room until 10:06. My massage ended at 10:53. This is less than the advertised 50 minute massage time. My massager therapist said that they only have 10 minutes to switch the room over to the next client. That’s too rushed for the therapists, doesn’t even give them time to go to the bathroom. It also diminishes the guest experience as we feel rushed because of it. I was really surprised that one of the scents I was offered for my massage was called “oriental.” Please stop using this colonist term. Also, I hope that as Okana becomes more successful, it infuses more indigenous personality. Right now, the spa - while tranquil and beautiful - is very generic. I feel like this is a missed opportunity to make something unique and special.

I love this spa. This will be my new local spa. I booked the Love Yourself massage as a belated birthday gift to myself. The facilities are beautiful and very accommodating. I enjoyed the relaxing and comfortable tranquility lounge before and after the treatment. The massage room (the couple's massage room) was beautifully decorated for Valentine's day. It also had a cozy area for lounging after the treatment was complete. My massage therapists were Kristina and Charlene. They both provided excellent and balanced service. Both kind and considerate. I also used the sauna which is included with the services. It can be used before or after the services. I already booked another appointment.
